World’s First Building Covered with Evergreen Trees

Stefano Boeri, an Italian architect has conceptualized a 117 meter-tall residential tower in Lausanne, Switzerland. The tower named ‘La Tour des Cedres’ (The Tower of Cedars) will be the world’s first building to be covered in evergreen trees and will feature more than 100 trees, 6,000 shrubs and 18,000 plants as part of 3,000 square meters of greenery.
