Bovey Lee is a Hong Kong-born artist currently based in Pittsburgh, USA. She skillfully revives the traditional Chinese craft – cutting shapes and pictures out of the entire snow-white rice paper.
The artist has exhibited at the Brooklyn Museum of Art, the Museum of Fine Arts in Beijing and the Hong Kong Museum of Art, among others. She is represented by Grotto Fine Art in Hong Kong and the Rena Bransten Gallery in San Francisco.
